• Minimum 3 nights stay over long weekends. Minimum 2 nights stay during other times. Minimum 1 week stay during peak season. Preference is given to weekly rentals. Shorter stay rentals are available on a last minute space basis.
• Week begins Saturday at 3:00pm
• Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check out time: 10:00am
• Our guests are welcome to use our facilities the full day of Check in and Check out.
• UP to 4 Guests please. $20.00 per day for each additional Guest.
• BOAT FEES: $1.50 per foot including water/electricity $1.00 per foot, no water/electric ½ price for Guests of Forest Glen
• REFUND POLICY: Cancellations less than 60 days, deposit less 20% administration fee; 30-60 days 50% of deposit; less than 30 days, no refund. Credit notes will be issued for future use.

Terms and Conditions

GST (5%) and PST (5%) Tax is applicable to all cottage rates.

·         Minimum 3 nights stay over long weekends

·         Minimum 2 nights stay during other times

·         Minimum 1 week stay during peak season

·         Preference is given to weekly rentals and shorter stay rentals on a last minute space available basis

·         50% deposit required on all weekly cottage reservations

·         Refund schedule: Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to reservations - deposit less 20% administration fee; 30 to 60 days notice - 50% of deposit; less than 30 days notice - no refunds. A credit note will be given, valid on future bookings.

·         Full payment required upon arrival

·         No adjustments for late arrival or early departure

·         $35 Bank charge for NSF cheques

·         Cheques are accepted for deposit only and they must be received at least 30 days prior to reservation date

·         Methods of payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Cash Payment due on arrival

·         Check-in time 3:00 P.M.

·         Check-out time 10:00 A.M.

·         Please enjoy the entire use of the facilities for the entire stay.

·         All fires MUST be built in the specified areas only (fire pits)

·         There will be no cutting or defacing trees

·         Please use the toilettes responsibly and DO NOT flush any foreign objects

·         Please DO NOT throw cigarette butts or garbage on the ground

·         We are NOT responsible for any accident or injury to guests or for loss of money or other valuables

·         Guests are responsible for the safety and actions of themselves, their children, visitors and pets

·         There is no lifeguard on duty in the swimming area, therefore it is your responsibility for the safety of yourself, your children; children under 16 must be supervised at all times

·         Excessive noise and unruly behavior is not permitted nor accepted

·         Quiet time: 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

       Pet Policy:

At Forest Glen Resort, pets are considered part of the family. Therefore, they should be included in the vacation as well. There are only a few resorts that still allow pets on their property, and ours is one of them. We would appreciate it if you would adhere to the few rules we have so that we may continue to accommodate pet owners in the future:

• Your pet must be on leash at all times on premises and beach area
• "Poop 'n Scoop" rule is in effect at all times
• Continuous and excessive noise will not be tolerated
• Please keep your pet off of bedding and furniture
• Pets will have their bathing away from the beach area
• Please bring your own doggie blanket

Nearby, there are 100’s of acres of Crown Land where your pet will be allowed to enjoy freedom off the leash.

You should be aware of the fact that there are some pet threats such as porcupines, skunks, fishers, and, possibly other dogs, all of which could prove a menace to your pet if it is not under your supervision.

Your pet is solely your responsibility.
